What does MyVanga actually do?

MyVanga is a community participation app. You open it once a day, tap to claim your daily allocation of $MYVA, and use what you earn across four built-in apps: Connect (communication credits), Charm (social features), Fund (community crowdfunding), and the Marketplace.

That's the surface. Underneath, it's an attempt at something bigger — an economy where the people who build the network are also the ones who own it. Contribution is the new capital.

Do I need to invest money to get started?

No. Never. MyVanga has no purchase price, no subscription, no upfront cost. You cannot buy $MYVA from us, and we will never ask you to.

All you need is a smartphone and the decision to show up. The earlier you join, the more your daily contribution is worth — but that's by design, not paywall.

How do I create an account?

Download MyVanga from the App Store or Google Play. Open it. Enter your phone number, verify with the OTP, choose a username, and you're in. The whole flow takes under 90 seconds.

If a friend invited you, enter their referral code during signup — it gives both of you a permanent boost on your daily contribution.

I missed a day. Did I lose my streak?

If you didn't tap within your UTC day, yes — the streak resets. We know it stings. But streaks are how the system recognises real consistency, and a grace period would quietly turn into a workaround.

Good news: there's no penalty beyond the reset. Your existing $MYVA balance is untouched, and you can start a new streak today.

About $MYVA

Is $MYVA a cryptocurrency I can sell?

$MYVA is a utility and governance token used inside the MyVanga ecosystem. In Phase 1 (where we are now), $MYVA cannot be sold, traded on exchanges, or transferred to external wallets. It is earned through participation and spent inside the MyVanga apps.

Exchange listings are planned for Phase 3, with regulatory approval. We will never rush this. Read the full plan in our whitepaper.

Is $MYVA a security? Should I treat it as an investment?

$MYVA is not a security. It is not an investment. It is a utility token that records your contribution to a community-owned network and lets you use features inside the MyVanga apps.

We make no promise that $MYVA will have a market value, increase in worth, or generate financial returns. Anyone telling you otherwise — even claiming to be from MyVanga — is not us. Nothing in the app or on this site is financial advice.

Where can I see how the token economy works?

Our Phase 1 Whitepaper explains everything in plain language — supply, earning, boosts, governance, what happens in each phase. 20 pages, no jargon.

The headline numbers: 11,011,011,011 maximum supply, fixed forever. 60% of all $MYVA goes to community contributors. 0 tokens will ever be sold by us.

What is the 11:11 bonus?

Every day between 11:10 and 11:13 AM on your phone's local time, a separate tappable action appears in the app. Tap it inside that window and you get a bonus on top of your regular daily contribution.

It's a small ritual — a reminder that showing up at the right moment matters. We chose 11:11 deliberately, not as mysticism, but as a symbol of alignment recognised across cultures. The 11:11 streak is tracked separately from your daily streak.

Account & privacy

How do I delete my account and my data?

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. The action is irreversible.

When you delete your account:

· Your profile, contact details, and any in-app messages are permanently removed within 30 days.
· Any unspent $MYVA in your wallet is forfeited and returned to the community pool.
· Your contribution history is anonymised for protocol integrity, not retained against you.

If you cannot access the app, email support@myvanga.com from your registered address and we will complete deletion manually within 7 business days.

What data does MyVanga collect about me?

The short version: phone number (to log you in), username (to identify you), device identifier (to prevent multi-account abuse), and your contribution activity inside MyVanga apps. That's the minimum we need to make the system work.

We do not sell your data. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. We do not share your identity with anyone unless legally compelled. Full detail in our Privacy Policy.

How do I reset my password or recover my account?

Tap "Help signing in" on the login screen and follow the OTP recovery flow using your registered phone number.

If you've lost access to your phone number, email support@myvanga.com with as much detail as you can remember about the account — username, approximate signup date, referrer if known. We will verify your identity and help you regain access.

Why does the app ask for notification permission?

Only one reason: so we can remind you at 11:10 AM that the 11:11 window is about to open. That's it. We don't send marketing pushes, growth pings, or "come back" guilt notifications.

You can turn the reminder off any time in Settings → Notifications, or in your phone's system settings. Your contribution and streak work exactly the same with notifications off.

When things go wrong

The app crashed or won't load. What do I do?

Try these in order: (1) force-quit and reopen, (2) check that you have the latest version on the App Store, (3) restart your phone, (4) reinstall the app — your account is tied to your phone number, not the install, so nothing is lost.

If it's still broken, email support@myvanga.com with your phone model, OS version, and a screenshot if possible. We log every crash on our end too — known issues usually have a fix shipping within 48 hours.

My daily contribution didn't credit. Where is it?

$MYVA is credited server-side, so it may take up to 60 seconds to appear in your wallet after you tap. Refresh the wallet screen by pulling down.

If after 5 minutes the contribution still hasn't appeared, screenshot the wallet and the date, then email support@myvanga.com. We can see every transaction in our logs and will reconcile it directly with your account.

Someone is using MyVanga to scam me. What do I do?

Stop responding to them immediately and report it to security@myvanga.com with screenshots and any usernames involved. We take this extremely seriously and act fast.

Important reminders: MyVanga will never ask for your password, OTP, or wallet details. MyVanga does not sell $MYVA — anyone selling it is a scammer. The only official MyVanga website is myvanga.com. If in doubt, write to us before you click anything.

$MYVA can never be sold by us
There is no purchase page. There never will be. $MYVA is only earned through contribution. This is hard-coded into the protocol, not a policy we could quietly change next quarter.

Six in every ten tokens ever issued belong to people who showed up. The team gets 10%, locked for six years with a one-year cliff. The maths is in the whitepaper. The architecture enforces it.
We're targeting real regulation
We are working toward compliance with the UAE Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA). We chose a regulator known for being rigorous, not one known for being easy. That tells you everything about how seriously we take this.

MyVanga will never…

  • Ask for your password or OTP. Not over email, not in a DM, not on a phone call. Anyone asking is a scammer.
  • Offer to sell you $MYVA. The token cannot be purchased. Anyone offering to sell it is selling you nothing.
  • Promise you guaranteed returns. We make no claims about $MYVA's future financial value.
  • Contact you from a non-myvanga.com address. Our only domains are myvanga.com and aarushcommerce.com. Treat everything else as fake until proven otherwise.
  • Pressure you to act quickly. Urgency is the oldest scam in the book. We will always give you time to think.
